3. A well -functioning team council.

4. Analyzing the existing collection system.

5. Accurate and reliably planned team program.

It is worth asking for help to the appropriate governors or friendly teams. Just like with goals, The schedules should also be different for different age groups.

6. Joint events of the whole team.

At least once every two months, the whole team should be able to meet in one group. This promotes integration and avoids the situation, in which members of one team are alien to themselves. Sleeping, bivouac, rally, collection, festival ... there are many possibilities!

7. Cooperation with governors.

The governor is a person with more experience in working with teams, Therefore, this should be the first person to whom we turn for help. In a multi -level team, The team and adhesive should go to the Governorship meetings, properly prepared for work in its methodology.

Working with a multi -level team is a challenge, However, it gives a lot of satisfaction if it is conducted in the right way.
