Kusotto

Kusotto

A very interesting dish, which we serve cold,
is imported from Germany klusotto.

The basis of this dish is noodles -
there may be tubes, bows, shells and the like.

We cook them until soft, we transfer
in a colander with honestly cold water
and put it in a large bowl.

Sprinkle with a pinch of vegetta, pepper
and pour in olive oil.

And then you can do anything with dumplings.

For example, we add olives cut into halves
and sliced ham.

You can add pickled cucumber instead of olives
and some good roasted meat instead of ham.

You can make meatless klusotto,
with paprika, tomatoes, canned corn
or green peas.

You can add chopped hard-boiled eggs.

Well and of course it's worth preparing
Experiment this dish with spices.

Add a little oregano and basil,
when we decide on tomatoes and peppers.

The ground cumin will work well with the eggs.
