Kusotto

A very interesting dish, which we serve cold,
it is brought from Germany for Klusotto.

The basis of this dish are noodles -
There may be tubes, bows, shells and the like.

We cook them until tender, we pour
on a colander honestly cold water
and throw it into a large bowl.

Sprinkle with a pinch of vegetta, pepper
and pour olive oil.

And then you can do everything with the dumplings.

For example, we add olives cut into halves
and ham chopped into cubes.

You can add pickled cucumber instead of olives
and some good baked meat instead of ham.

You can make meatless dumpling,
with paprika, tomatoes, canned corn
or green peas.

You can add chopped hard -boiled eggs.

And of course it is worth preparing
it is to experiment with spices.

Add some oregano and basil,
when we decide on tomatoes and peppers.

Ground cumin will harmonize with eggs.
