Dumplings

Dumplings are against the name
sophisticated and delicious dish.

It gets fantastic quickly, under the condition,
that we have potatoes puree yesterday.

Because my family loves puree,
and I love to make my family fun,
It is very often cold,
crushed with butter and cream potatoes from yesterday.

And then it's fast: to a pot with potatoes
I stick the egg and knead the dough with my hand,
while adding flour,
so that the dough becomes plastic and
was suitable for kneading on a board.

Then I finish my work on the board
- I knead the dough like for dumplings,
when it is relatively smooth, I divide into portions,
from which I shoot - also manually - rollers.

Then I cut with a knife at an angle 75% just dumplings.

In the meantime, I already have a large pot in the kitchen
with boiling water.

I put dumplings on boiling water
And a minute after the flow is sailed with a slotted spoon.

Then I put the next portion of dumplings on the same water.

They are wonderful straight from the water, But they can be frying them
And they also taste delicious.

My aunt said, that bits are the best for "dumplings".

And it's hard to disagree with her,
because the beaten sauce with bitek is really delicious.

Sauer cabbage salad fits very well.
