Mushroom soup

Each region in Poland has its traditions,
according to which we prepare Christmas Eve dishes.

And, native Warsaw, I will tell you about these
dishes, which are served in my home.

We start with a mushroom soup, naturally fasting.

We cook dried mushrooms on a stock of vegetables,
which we previously soak, so that they can be done
cut into strips and cook, until they are soft.

Serve the soup with pasta.
