Chicken wings in honey
It is a very elegant dish,
Caester wings called in some environments.
We buy half a kilo of wings, we wash,
We dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- We leave for an hour.
We dissolve two tablespoons of butter in a saucepan
And we add two tablespoons of honey -
We mix thoroughly and with such golden glaze
We lubricate each wing.
And for a preheated oven - we bake on medium
fire around 40 minute, be careful,
That they will brown beautifully, But so that they don't burn!
They taste great with rice and chicory and avocado salad.
