Cold pork knuckle

Cook the pork knuckle for so long,
until it is soft and the meat
will go away from the bones.

Of course, we cook it in vegetables.

Pour a little ginger into the pot,
pinch of marjoram, we salt, pepper to taste.

After cooking, separate the meat from the bones
and put them in molds or cups
- to the concentration.

Put in the fridge.

After a few hours, gently remove the meat
from the molds and put them on the platter
garnished with lettuce.

It tastes much better than store-bought meats.
