Chicken wings in honey
It is a very elegant dish,
called in some circles the imperial wings.
We buy half a kilo of wings, we wash,
dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- we leave for an hour.
In a saucepan, dissolve two tablespoons of butter
and add two tablespoons of honey -
mix thoroughly and with such a golden glaze
we grease each wing.
And to a preheated oven - bake on medium
fire approx 40 minutes, taking care,
that they browned beautifully, but so that they do not get burnt!
They taste great with rice and chicory and avocado salad.
